Samurai Fashion
Promoting Japanese kimono & hakama through both high fashion and formal events incl US Congress
The First Global Samurai Okakura Tenshin has stated that it was very important for Japanese people to keep their customs and traditions alive including the use of Kimono and Hakama and yet today many Japanese people never wear traditional Japanese clothes. To address this, Ronin Soho has started a new Samurai Fashion trend where he combines Hakamas to the highest fashion of Hermes, Chanel, Louis Vuittion and Dior -- as well as major focus on Japan's Issey Miyake. This makes Hakamas cool and yet cultured to show both sides of Japanese culture -- be it the funky Harajuku style or the formal Kyoto side. Ronin Soho is also the only person ever to wear the Kimono and Hakama at major government events of USA including inside the US House of Congress -- as well as at major events with the Prime Minister and Major General of Canada, Ambassadors of Israel, India and Japan. Soho also wore the Hakama at major events with Hollywood and Bollywood movie stars to promote Japanese culture and Asian traditions in a modern, contemporary manner.
