Why we must revive Code of Bushido

Many consider Japan to be the most beautiful and glorious civilization of the world. An example of this is the fact that Kyoto regularly tops the list of world's most beautiful and historic cities by international polls and Tokyo is the world's most developed metropolis -- bigger than NY, LA and London combined! However, what makes Kyoto so special is the fact that it has 1200 Buddhist temples and 400 Shinto Shrines -- and a city where you can see Japanese wearing Kimono and upholding Japanese culture and traditions. Similarly, what makes Tokyo is not just tall buildings but historic sites from the Naritsan Shinsoji Temple and Asakusa Kannon to the sacred sites of Kamakura headed by the Daibutsu. If Japan loses its culture, the world's greatest civilization will perish. This is a very real danger today as foreign religions and cultures are coming to Japan despite having historic animosity with Japan as well as being enemies of Japan's national religions of Yamato Buddhism and Shinto. Japan's Golden Age was born under the Tokugawa Shogunate who even laid the groundwork for Tokyo and whose Aoi mon can be seen at Japan's iconic temples that the Shogunate promoted and protected. Therefore, by reviving the Shogunate and teaching Japanese of all ages to be proud and protective of their great ancestral traditions and culture, we can save Japanese civilization and make Japan the great nation our ancestors dreamed of. Shogunate.Jp is the most ambitious initiative ever taken to revive the Samurai Bushido and Yamato Damashii since the end of the World War and encompasses cinema, a museum, an academy, fashion, Yamato Buddhism and all aspects of Japanese civilization and culture.
